Once your CV has got you the interview, it is up to you to impress the interviewer!

This can be a daunting process, even for the most experienced of candidates but can be especially hard if you have either never had a job interview before or it has been an number of years since your last interview.

A consultant will contact you by phone to arrange a mutually convenient time to hold your preparation consultation. This will start with the consultant giving you some general advice on interview technique and etiquette. After this, the consultant will ask you a number of competency based questions which are commonly used in sales and marketing interviews. This will allow you to get a feel of the types of questions that may come up in the interview but will also allow you to understand what the interviewer is looking for when asking these specific questions. After this, there will be time for you to ask the consultant any questions you may have, these could be questions you have already thought about that might be specific to an interview or just general questions about interview technique.

This process will take approximately 1 hour.
